From an early age, Kalpesh's sense of purpose by helping others drove his affinity of learning & understanding human function & dysfunction. He specialised in Neuromusculoskeletal healthcare which he then combined with his entrepreneurial spirit to establish a small private practice, successful in providing positive health outcomes for many people.
Determined to promote wellness, preventative, client-centred & holistic healthcare for a wider range of conditions & to a wider audience, Kalpesh committed to integrating his own development, clinical skill-set & application of biomechanics & manual therapies with the skill-set & application of psychosocial & complimentary therapies of other like-minded specialist healthcare professionals, by inviting them to join him in establishing a multidisiplinary wellness practice.
Now, applied in full, independently of or to complement each other, Kalpesh & his team have proven to promote, rehabilitate & maintain wellbeing for clients & their friends & family for longer than conventional healthcare can alone.

Kayleigh pursued a deeper understanding of psychology, neurolinguistic programming (NLP) & counselling to complement her specialism as an accredited Hypnotherhapist. Her own tenacity to overcome situations in her life & the knowledge she has gained from such experiences helps her to relate to people experiencing similar situations & through her own professional development & curiosity to understand how, she can guide them through their personal situations too. Kayleigh understands the physiology of the brain & recognises how powerful its affects can be on the body. To be able then to have an impact on it, to “control” or “guide” it some way is then a skill that she highly values as fundamental to helping people with their health & wellbeing.

Maria took a decision several years ago to step away from the high pressure environment of the corporate world because she could feel the strain it was having on her mind & body & the impact it was having on her family. Having a competitive spirit helped her succeed in the corporate world & in the past it had also helped her to run several marathons & participate in competitive sport. So she utilised this mindset to change career & achieve qualifications in nutrition.
Now, combined with her experience in discplining the mind & body, the application of her qualifications is proving to be invaluable in helping others to achieve specific health goals related to nutrition & fitness. Located in a leafy residential suburb, we have converted parts of a house into purpose built treatment rooms to provide safe, clean, private & calm sanctuaries for us to deliver professional healthcare for our clients without the concerns of noise, busy roads & parking.

Through our Community Outreach Programme we endeavour to promote wellness by providing local people, groups, schools, & organisations educational talks & workshops to help them develop the skill-set & understanding to prevent or re-mediate ill-health.

Our care extends beyond our clients. We fund-raise to support misfortune children, medical research & support for people with chronic disease. Though we are grateful for the donations & the voluntary participation from our clients, friends & family - there is plenty more we can do.
