Cancellation Policy

At Oakleaf Wellness Centre, we respect both your time & ours. To ensure efficient scheduling & fairness for all clients, please review our terms & conditions: Booking & Payment Appointments must be paid in full online at the time of booking via Wix Payments. All transactions are processed securely by Wix, & we do not store payment details. Wix may collect & store payment data according to its privacy policy, which you can review. This information is used solely to complete your transaction & manage your booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received, & an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided (please check your junk folder if necessary). Cancellation Policy A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full. Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, regardless of reason, are non-refundable. No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late, for any reason, are also non-refundable. Rescheduling Policy At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes. Reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the payment transferred to the new appointment without penalties. Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable; however, rescheduling within this period may be accommodated at our discretion if you contact us directly.
