1. Introduction

• These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Oakleaf Wellness Centre’s website & services.

• By booking an appointment or using our site, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

• Treatments are provided by qualified practitioners registered to governing bodies specific to their profession.

• We do not guarantee results as these may vary depending on individual health conditions.

• Services are not a substitute for medical advice; consult your GP for medical concerns.

  • For Musculoskeletal Therapy, Sports Massage, Remedial Massage, Fitness & Nutrition please seek GP approval if you have any of the following conditions:

    • ​Cardio-vascular Conditions

    • High Blood Pressure

    • Cancer

    • Epilepsy

    • Palsy, Trapped or Pinched Nerves

    • Nervous or Psychotic Conditions

    • Pregnancy

  • For Hypnotherapy & Counselling please seek GP approval if you have any of the following conditions:​

    • Psychosis

    • Severe Depression

    • Epilepsy

    • Serious Heart Condition

    • Uncontrolled Blood Pressure

    • Severe Cognitive Impairment

    • Dissociative Disorders​

  • We do not treat clients if they:

    • ​Have a fever

    • Have a contagious disease

    • Have had recent surgery

    • Are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

3. Payments

• Bookings can be made online, by phone, or email.

• Payment is due at the time of service

• We can accept case, card & bank transfer 

• Appointment booked online must be paid in full online at the time of booking via Wix Payments. All transactions are processed securely by Wix, & we do not store payment details. Wix may collect & store payment data according to its privacy policy, which you can review. This information is used solely to complete your transaction & manage your booking. Bookings are confirmed only once payment is received, & an email confirmation will be sent to the address provided (please check your junk folder if necessary).  

• Refunds are subject to our cancellation or reschedule policies below​​

4. Cancellation Policy

• A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations.

• Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice will be refunded in full.

• Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment, regardless of reason, are non-refundable.

• No-shows or arrivals more than 15 minutes late, for any reason, are also non-refundable.

5. Rescheduling Policy  

• At least 24 hours’ notice is required for any appointment changes.

• Reschedules made with more than 24 hours’ notice will have the payment transferred to the new appointment without penalties.

• Changes requested within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable; however, rescheduling within this period may be accommodated at our discretion if you contact us directly.

6. Liability

• Oakleaf Wellness Centre is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information before treatment.

• We reserve the right to refuse treatment if it may pose a risk.

7. Intellectual Property

• All website content (text, images, logos) is owned by Oakleaf Wellness Centre.

• You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute content without permission.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

• Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We comply with GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
